Teddy was a 13-pound blind and deaf Shih Tzu. He wasn’t acting aggressively, he was just walking around.

A woman called dispatch to help reunite Teddy with his family. Officer Myron Woodson showed up and shot him instead.

The city (Sturgeon, MO) suspended Officer Woodson… then negotiated his resignation, paid $16,000 to him and his attorney, and publicly stated that he had committed no misconduct.

If that’s what “accountability” looks like, what exactly is supposed to stop it from happening again?

Teddy was killed. The officer got $16K. Is that justice?
