It’s time to wake people up to a force that kills over 1300+ people and up to 100,000+ dogs every single year.
To the legal system, your dog is property. No different than a lawnmower.
But these same officers grew up in our communities. They know what dogs mean to us. They understand the lifelong trauma they inflict when they pull that trigger.
And still, they willingly trade their conscience and weaponize their authority against their own neighbors.
What would you do if a dog like Dixie ran up to you?
